Our services are limited to passenger transportation and do not include the shipment or delivery of goods, parcels, or any non-passenger items.
Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage within the vehicle’s capacity, subject to size and weight restrictions.

2. Luggage Guidelines
Each passenger is permitted to bring luggage, provided it fits in the designated space (e.g., trunk or roof carrier).
Oversized or excess luggage that compromises passenger comfort or safety will not be accommodated.
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal substances, and any items that violate local regulations.

3. Responsibility and Liability
Passengers are responsible for the safety and security of their belongings during the trip.
Rent A Ride (Samee Rent A Ride Pvt. Ltd.) is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the vehicle.
Forgotten items will be reported to our support team and stored for a maximum of 3 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of thereafter.

We do not cater to requests for goods or parcel delivery under any circumstances. Please use specialized delivery services for such needs.
