1.1 By the Customer
For Same-Day Bookings: Cancellations made within 2 hours of booking will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the booking amount.
Advance Bookings: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking amount.
Advance Bookings: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 05% of the booking amount.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
1.2 By the Company
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, or mechanical issues). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations as per the conditions mentioned above.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the service time.
