1. Booking a Ride:
You must have a valid ID and address proof to book a ride.
Ensure that your contact information and destination details are accurate when booking.

2. Fare Calculation:
Fares are determined based on distance traveled and time taken.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, airport fees, taxes, or other extras.

3. Booking:
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making an advance booking for our taxi service. By booking with a 25% advance payment, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

A. Booking Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed only after we receive a 25% advance payment of the total fare.

B. Cancellation and Refund:
Passengers may cancel bookings, If passengers cancel their booking, only 15% advance payment will be refunded, after a 10% deduction.
In case of service cancellation by us, a full refund of the advance payment will be made to you.
Drivers may also cancel a ride if necessary.

C. Fare Calculation:
The remaining 75% of the fare will be payable at the end of your journey.
The final fare may vary due to factors such as additional stops, waiting time, tolls, taxes or other charges not included in the advance payment.

4. Ride Behaviour:
Treat your driver and fellow passengers with respect and courtesy.
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in our vehicles.

5. Safety Precautions:
Always wear a seatbelt during the ride.
Report any concerns about driver behavior immediately.

6. Lost Items:
Samee Rent A Ride Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to help you locate them if left in one of our vehicles.

7. Service Availability:
Service may be subject to availability based on location and demand.
We strive to provide reliable service, but there may be occasional delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Payment Methods:
We accept various payment methods, including UPI, cheque, and cash, depending on your location and preferences.

9. Privacy Policy:
Your personal information is protected as per our privacy policy. We will not share your data without your consent.

10. Vehicle Cleanliness:
Our vehicles are regularly cleaned and maintained for your comfort and safety.

13. Property Damage:
Vandalism, intentional misuse, or any actions that result in damage to the taxi will not be tolerated and may lead to legal action against the responsible passenger.
Passengers will be responsible for covering the costs of repairing any damage to the taxi. These costs will be determined by the taxi service provider and may include repair expenses, loss of income due to the taxi being out of service, and administrative fees.

14. Legal Compliance:
Passengers and drivers must adhere to all local laws and regulations while using our service.

15. Disputes:
Any disputes arising from this booking will be subject to local jurisdiction (Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar).

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
